ELSA for Basingstoke School

Capita Education are currently working with an outstanding school in Basingstoke to find an ELSA for a long term position.

All applicants must have experience of working in a similar role.
You will be confident in supporting the teachers and children.
You will be expected to nurture the children in accordance with their individual needs, and be aware that there will be some children who will require greater support to increase their emotional literacy than others.

To be considered for the position you must:
*Have experience within primary education at Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2) level
*Have had experience of working in a similar rote
*Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team
*Have a passion for learning with the ability to deliver lessons as well as support a teacher
*Have a professional and flexible attitude.
