TheOpportunity:

Application Service Delivery Analyst - (Ellipse, VBA, SQL, UNIX and ITIL) is urgently needed for my leading client, a large scale technology user and government organisation. The Application Service Delivery Analyst - (Ellipse, VBA, SQL, UNIX and ITIL) will work in the experienced development team based inLondon.

The chosen The Application Service Delivery Analyst is accountable for providing tier 2 and tier 3 services for my clients live environments, experience of supporting standards and bespoke applications and dealing with 3rd parties. You will be analysing business support trends and taking action to improve service delivery.

Also experience involving projects, delivering new services and improvements for customers.

Scope of Role:
- Ellipse Asset Management ERP System Administration
- VBA (for Business Object Connector (BOC) development / scripting)
- Essential - SQL
- Knowledge of UNIX OS
- ITIL v2 or v3 (minimum Foundation)

Salary:

£30,000 - £40,000 + Bens
