Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ELISA ASSAY RESEARCH ASSOCIATE to join our client in Framingham, MA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The appropriate candidate will be able to design procedural and experimental approach to meet designated scientific objectives.
- Executes experiments independently but usually consults supervisor prior to initiation.
- Ensures the timely completion of several sets of experiments.
- Interprets and reports results in oral and written formats.
- Contributes to the completion of routine laboratory tasks.

Job Qualifications:
- Experience with ligand binding assays such as ELISA is required.
- Experience in biomarker analysis a plus.
- Experience with GLP, GMP or CLIA compliance is required.
- Experience with assay development and qualification/pre-validation studies in a compliant laboratory environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and other analytical software associated with instrumentation.
- Previous experience in biotech or pharma industry.
- Experience with statistical analysis using software such as JMP and/or GraphPad Prism.
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences and five to eight (5 - 8) years of relevant experience or Master's degree and three to six (3 - 6) years of experience.
