Electronics Test Engineer - Security Clearance - Contract

Commutable Locations: Somerset/Cornwall/Devon

Our client are looking for x2 Electronics Test Engineers for a 3 month rolling Contract with the estimated project length being 6 months.

*This contract requires SC Clearance. Or eligibility of SC Clearance*.

Role:

- Involved in specifying, designing, testing and qualifying various modules.
- Responsibilities will include planning and execution of performance and environmental tests of various modules and generation of test reports.
- Also will be responsible for the improvement of test procedures and analysis methods in Matlab.

Essential Skills:

- Previous experience with testing commercial electronic products.
- Prior experience in programming of data analysis scripts in Matlab
- Experience with qualification of products against environmental & performance standards (vibration, EMC, etc.).

Beneficial Experience:

- Testing of electro-mechanical systems especially gyroscopes/accelerometers
- Leading a test/electronics team
