Electronics Test Engineer (NOT Software Test) Systems Engineer

A varied role with a top defence company not fixed to a sole project with varied activities.

The role is a systems test/systems engineer role although titled differently the main criteria is that you have an electronics background ideally within defence.

Key skills/experience required:

* Understanding of the broader engineering disciplines, including:

o systems design

o Safety systems

* Ability to technically manage internal & sub-contract activities

* Sound experience of Test, Electrical and Electronic engineering, including:

o Digital electronics & Microprocessor systems

o Analogue electronics & RF

o Electronic systems to perform image processing algorithms

o Power Electronics

o Experience of structured Test Modelling techniques (preferably eXpress)

Although this role is titled Test Architect/Technical Lead, realistically they are after a Systems Test/
Systems Engineer with an electronics background.
