Electronics Product Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Evaluate new opportunities, both customer and external client product
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction through Warranty Reduction
- Green Belt leader or SME
- Interface with Dealers in troubleshooting and support
- Evaluating and implement component salvage and cost reduction
- Responsible for validation of salvage and projects
- Maintains product support documentation, print releasing and maintenance

SKILLS:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors of Science Degree in accredited Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering curriculum.
- 1 - 3 years work experience in the design development or programming of Electronics/Embedded control hardware.
- Strong electrical/electronics aptitude & understanding of schematics & components.
- Strong understanding and ability to develop & execute validation plans.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong initiative and follow through.
- Excellent oral, written, & presentation communication skills.
- Ability to travel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bilingual English - Spanish
- Previous 6 Sigma, Black Belt, or leadership experience.
- Will also consider a software background if it is with Embedded controls.
