Electronics Engineer - PCB Control Systems

As an Electronics Engineer for a global manufacturing and technology organisation you will be responsible for the design and development of PCB's with Embedded software which are used to control elements of personal safety products.

Key Tasks:
- Supporting the design of electronic PCB control systems
- Programming the Embedded software for the PCB processors
- Developing logic based simulations using tools such as Labview & Matlab
- Testing and verification of PCB Designs for commercial manufacture

Ideally you will have been working in an electronic or programming environment and have several years of post graduate experience.

*Desirable: Experienced in the use and development of ARM Micro-controllers
*Desirable - Experienced in the use and development of Microchip PIC Micro-controllers
*Desirable: Certified experience of Labview and Matlab based development
*Desirable: Vendor/Supplier Liaison experience
*Knowledge of Excel, and other Microsoft office tools
*Experience of working with remote contacts and teams useful

*The successful individual will probably have been working in an electronic or programming environment with a couple of years post graduate experience. There will be some technical hands on work, and an ability to understand technologies is key, but a lot of activities are completed in conjunction with other parties (internal and external) so being able to determine the right groups to engage and get the support needed, with clear communication, is as critical.
