Electronics Engineer,East Midlands, 6 months, £30-36ph

(Mixed Signal, SoC, SMPS, FPGA, Motor Control)

An Electronics Engineer is required for an initial 6 month contract to work on the full life cycle development of electronic systems for new and existing product lines. Working within a small, professional multidisciplinary team you will be involved in everything from the design and requirement phase, through to the product release testing.

This role involves a high level of self accountability, and will require a degree of self management through the contract. So it is vital that you have the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

The successful candidate will have the following:

-Mixed signal hardware design - SoC, SMPS, FPGA and Motor control experience.
-Rapid prototyping.
-Cost reduction and DFM, DFT.
-Fault diagnosis and rectification to PCB and component level.

This role is commutable fromPeterborough, Leicester, Nottingham andCambridge.
