Electronics Engineer

Proteus Europe acting as an employment agency are currently looking for 3 On-board Power Electronics Engineers on a contract basis.

This particular role involves a complex scientific mission with engineering activities for the on-board power electronics, in particular with: technical support with regard to the supplier of the entire subsystem, and emphasis on supporting design & development of the PCDU.

Essential skills for this role would be a very keen interest in on-board Power Electronics components and subsystems Ability to develop power electronics for European space missions (Direct experience within the space industry is essential). Also a Fluency in English is essential for this position.

Responsibilities and duties will be On-board power electronics activities: Performing systems engineering and verification in space programs Definition and maintenance of the electrical system architecture and budgets, harmonisation of electrical functional chains and interfaces Definition and maintenance of the power functional chain architecture and equipment requirements.
