Electronics Design/Test Engineer - 6 Month - Hampshire

A client based in Hampshire is looking for an Electronics Design/Test Engineer. This will be for a 6 months initial contract.

Role:
The client is looking for an electronics engineer which can support full life cycle design of electronics products. The candidate will be working on supporting the test team carrying out electronics testing using several different test equipments (ie. Digital Multi-meter, Oscilloscopes,etc). If the candidate has experience with EMC this would be advantageous. She/he will also need to support the design team, carrying out modifications to existing products with PCB design packages, ideally Altium.

The role will be a lab based; therefore experience working within a lab environment will be advantageous.

This role will consist of 50% design and 50% test the candidate will need to be flexible within both teams.

Skills:
Electronics
PCB design - Ideally Altium (but any PCB package will be ok)
Electronic testing experience
EMC (advantageous)
