Electronics Design Engineer [itar/SC Cleared]

Our Client is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer for a 12 month Contract. There is the likelihood that this will roll over.

Requirement for this site is that you must be a British Citizen and eligible for SC Clearance. Unfortunately they are unlikely to also consider anyone born outside the UK due to security reasons.

ROLE:

- Support the design and development of products/solutions to company and customer specific applications.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-6 years of electronics design experience required
- Specialism in the design of analogue electronics
- Working experience of PCB's (Layout or Designs)
- Previous experience taking a product through the full life cycle from conceptual stage, designs, prototyping, manufacturing.

BENEFICIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience designing electronics within a safety-critical industry, ideally in aerospace or defence.
- Knowledge of working with both high voltages (up to 70kW)
- Experience with low power electronics (different teams/products within the business)
- Digital design experience (more of an added benefit, than directly beneficial).
