Electronic Assembler Job

ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ROCHESTER, NEW YORK.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Mechanical inclined able to work with very small parts
- Good vision to work under microscopes

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES):

- As an Assembler you will follow engineered assembly process and maintain consistent quality and productivity levels.
- Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies and circuit cards
- Perform a wide a variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on printed circuit boards, sub-assemblies or end products setting up work station, tool validation

WHAT ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLER NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE (QUALIFICATIONS):

- Must be available for a seven (7) day paid training class in January
- Must successfully pass a seven (7) day IPC - JSTD class before placement
- Flexible to work 1st, 2nd or weekend shift
- Must be able to work in a team oriented environment as well as independently
- High School Diploma/GED
