Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Civil Work Consultant for the implementation of project activities.
- Provide technical support and assist the Civil Work Consultant in the Design Review stage (verification of design, of client's requirements, of Standards, of Quality Assurance program).
- Supervise and follow-up all stages of construction on site, for all the Electro-Mechanical works.
- Follow-up all stages of Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) for all the Electro-Mechanical works.
- Submit status report to the Civil Work Consultant.
- Apply the procedures of the Quality Assurance in implementation stages.
- Follow-up all stages of Final Acceptance Test (FAT) for all the Electro-Mechanical works after the Maintenance period.

Required Basic Attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineer.
- 5 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical works, related to Civil works.
- Fluent in Arabic language, written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of English language, written and spoken.
- Experience working in a government contracting.
- Experience working in a telecommunication contracting.
- Saudi Nationals preferred.

Required Professional Attributes:

- Must have experience in Design, construction, tests of Electro-Mechanical works (related to Civil works).
- Site management for Electrical and Mechanical works. (power generators, power distribution system, sanitary installation, drainage, Surveillance system, air conditioning).
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Norms regarding Electrical and Mechanical Works (related to Civil works).
- Good knowledge of the Saudi Norms regarding Health and Safety Policy.
- Work experience with Quality procedures and documents.
- Good knowledge of software: Autocad - Office (Excel, word, Powerpoint) - Project Manager or other similar.
- Capability to use Project Planning to manage and follow-up all the works for every site.
- Management of Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) and Final Acceptance Test (FAT) for Electrical and Mechanical Works (related to Civil works).
