Our client in Bridgewater MA is looking to add a Pro/E Drafter/Detailer to their staff for a 3 month contract assignment. This position is responsible for the detailing of sheet metal and machined parts, generating bill of materials, assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation of electronic systems packaging as it applies to embedded computing enclosures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ability to interpret an assembly and break it down into manufacturable subassemblies.
- Ability to proficiently operate Pro/E Wildfire and Pro/E Sheet Metal, including but not limited to, the creation and maintenance of sheet metal and machined part library models. These library models will be used in drawings and manufacturing documentation (i.e. bills of materials, assembly drawings, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

- A technical degree or training with 2+ years of drafting or equivalent experience.
- A solid working knowledge of the manufacturing process used in sheet metal fabrication and metal machining.
