Electro-Mechanical Assemblers Job

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS needed for CONTRACT opportunities to join Yoh's client in GLOUCESTER, MA. There are 23 positions available. The positions are first shift-Monday - Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) - 40 hours, second shift (3PM to 11PM-Monday thru Friday), third shift (9PM to 7AM-Monday thru Thursday) and fourth shift (Saturday & Sunday plus one weekday-7AM to 7PM).

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Performing a wide variety of routine and non-routine electrical/mechanical assembly operations including installation of power distribution cables, harnesses and follows work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, sketches, and written and/or verbal instructions to build electro-mechanical and or pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of job.
- Willingness to work off shifts.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and Lean initiatives.
- Minimal supervision. Must be a team player with good communication skills and flexibility in accomplishing tasks.
- Responsible for maintaining timely accurate records and logs

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- One to two (1-2) years electro-mechanical experience.
- Basic computer skills necessary.
- Vacuum experience preferred.
- This position requires you to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs and work in an environment which is subject to cold, heat, and noise.
