Electrician

Electrician - Weybridge, New Haw - on-going contract (long duration) - £18ph

Our client is looking for Electricians to join their team on site in Weybridge on an on-going contract basis. This will be for a long duration. The successful candidate will be able to work as part of a dedicated team carrying out installations along with maintenance tasks across the large site. the Electricians will be responsible to the M&E Supervisor. Successful candidates will be required to obtain a CRB/DS.

Responsibilities:
*Carry out Electrical Installations, replace obsolete/defective distribution boards, emergency lighting, fire alarms, Switches, security systems etc
*Work to electrical drawings eg installation, circuit diagrams and line schematics
*Modify or update drawings as necessary to maintain accurate records
*Accurately record details of repairs and complete weekly timesheets
*Carry out other electrical duties as directed by the line manager, or the management team. These will normally be planned maintenance tasks or reactive maintenance tasks.

Knowledge, skills and Experience:
*17th Edition Qualification
*CityC&G 2391/2392, or C&G 2377, etc would be advantageous
*Health and Safety Knowledge, IPAF or PASMA would be advantageous
*Experiences in all aspects of electrical works associated with building services
*Sound knowledge of electrical installation work, technical and practical.
*Familiar with all types of installations
