Electrical Technician

Client on the New Hampshire sea coast is looking to add an electrical technician to their team. Candidate will be responsible for the assembly of electrical systems for turbine generators. Must be able to assemble electrical components using BOM's, drawings and engineering specifications. Experience with sub-assemblies, wiring harnesses and component assemblies is required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associates degree and 4 years of relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safety policies and practices regarding operation of high pressure and high voltage equipment including hot surfaces andmoving parts.
- Specialized electronic devices such as transducers, sensors, actuators and AC and DC control circuit fundamentals.
- Methods for trouble-shooting electronic circuits and Electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering drawings.
- Assembly of electrical parts and modules using specialized hand tools.
- Assembly of prototype electronic control modules and systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting of electrical / electronic/ pneumatic control circuits.

REQUIREMENTS

- Two year technical degree (AAS) in electronics or electro-mechanical specialty
- Four years progressive experience as an Electrical Technician or in an area of relevant technology.
