My client is looking for an electrical project engineer to survey, refurbish, upgrade and commission PLC control systems for medium sized power schemes with diesel engine driven generator systems. You will be required to plan the work involved and be able to make sure the project is delivered on time. A lot of the work will be upgrading panels from analogue to digital systems, rewiring and servicing the electrical cabling systems as well.
*To be of interest for this role, you will need to be able to go offshore to do surveys and commissioning work. For this you MUST have MIST and BOSIET training as well as a medical certificate.*
