Electrical Installation Trainer/Lecturer

ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for an Electrical Installations Trainer/Lecturer to be based in Leamington Spa.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our academies at a time of growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for delivering the City

- Deliver and train the Electro-technical curriculum within a workshop environment in-line with C&G standards
- Support/train learners when required in Electric al Installation studies (at levels 1, 2 and 3)
- Gather evidence, assess progress, observe work practises and update learner records
- Complete reviews for each learner in accordance with current procedures
- Provide 1-2-1 learner support when required
- Assist in the development of schemes of work, training materials and trainee assignments
- Act as a tutor to learners, providing academic guidance and support.
