Electrical Engineer Job

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in LAKE FOREST, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Analog and digital design experience to work on design of Embedded systems
- Responsible for design, from concept to manufacturing, of Embedded systems, using microcontrollers, CPLDs/FPGAs, DC/DC supplies and analog circuits, interfacing with sensors and actuators, and designing to meet EMI/EMC requirements
- Perform validation and verification on products and subsystems

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BSEE with minimum five (5) years of experience
- Analog and digital design experience, including microcontrollers, CPLDs/FPGAs, DC/DC.
- Working knowledge of VHDL or Verilog
- Flexible and well organized with initiative
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of IEC 60601-1 requirements is a plus
