Electrical Engineer for Sustaining Engineering

SKILLS:

EXPERIENCE:
Key skills are Hardware design with either RF technology or Optic Technology experience.

The person needs to have worked in the hardware design- RF technology/Optic experience within the past 5 years however does not need to be presently working in the field.

This role will also have a component of regulatory and compliance testing. If the candidate has hardware design- RF Optic experience as well as testing experience this is preferred. ESP and Serge- they will test products for humidity etc. Product assurance also known as reliability testing preferred. Compliance regulatory issues testing- preferred.

The manager is looking for someone with 3-5 years' experience outside of university who are corporate polished. He is looking for someone who could be molded into the company culture. Minimum- BSEE Preferred-MSEE-

PERSON ATTRIBUTES:
This person needs to be outgoing and a good communicator. They need someone who is transparent and able to run with the task at hand and take directions. This person will need to be hand held for the first few months and then the manager expects them to go off and run the task themselves. This person must be able to take direction; they will be working with the manager.

This is an internal facing role and there will be no customer contact however they will need to work with key business partners within and project teams.
