Electrical Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an ELECTRICAl ENGINEER to join our client in Salt Lake City, UT.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design printed circuit boards (PCB) utilizing digital, FPGA, analog, low-level RF technology.
- Identify/specify components for PCB designs.
- Identify/specify 3rd party designs/components for use in new or existing products.
- Manage and/or author design documentation: requirements, verification protocols, hardware design descriptions, design output drawings.
- Execute design/verification of components for new or existing products.
- Gather/document RoHS compliance for new or existing components. Knowledge of EMARS database preferred.
- Manage development scheduling related to components for new or existing products.
- Remain knowledgeable and in compliance with all company policies, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety practices and proactively address issues that exist within the employee

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree
- The qualified candidates will have experience with circuit board design
- component engineering
- some cabling design
- must have previous experience in a regulated environment
- good documentation skills
- Cadience experience/experience programming in C++ is a plus but not a must.
