Electrical Design Engineer - Rail - Amtech - London

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

£220 - 250 PER DAY

I am working with a nationwide Building Services group based in London that are on the lookout for an Electrical Design Engineer to undertake design works on a major station upgrade project. This will involve designing the site electrical systems up to 2mva.

You will be working on the design of lighting, hoarding, craneage, canteens and conveyors, with the majority of work being undertaken using Amtech. This is an essential requirement. Most lighting design will be outsourced to a manufacturer, but an understanding of Dialux/Relux would be beneficial for modifying and reviewing designs.

Role requirements:

- Establishing designs
- Produce electrical schematics with Amtech
- Produce product lists
- Review/modify lighting designs
- Produce mark-up drawings
- Produce specifications
- Issue design documents

This role will start within the next two weeks so availability within this timeframe is essential. They will be looking to pay £220-250 per day for this, although there may be some flexibility in this for the right candidate.
