My Gloucestershire based client an urgent requirement for an Electrical Design Engineer. This will be a key role for the business moving forward and will involve the design and introduction of new products as well as ongoing support for the existing portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
New product developments to business specifications
Detailed design; system controls, production of electrical schematic drawings
Bills of Materials
Wiring diagrams to produce prototypes and production machinery
Produce, test and manage software for PLC and motion control systems
Skills and experience needed:
Knowledge of electronic systems, particularly servo drives
PLC Programming / PLCopen motion control
Solidworks OR AutoCad
Concept to manufacture experience
Knowledge of EPLAN, indramotion, or experience of paper handling / printing is desirable.
