Electrical Design Engineer Contract - 30-33 / hr

Electrical Design Engineer / Vehicle / 30/hr - 33/hr / 3 - 6 months +

THE ROLE:
Based at their Surrey site, you will be responsible for researching, planning and developing new or improving existing designs & applications using CAD (Solid Edge). Work will include preparing, producing and modifying design schemes, managing them through into production & beyond.
Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager,

THE CANDIDATE:

Degree/HND (in Electrical Engineering) would be ideal however our client is also interested in applications from Candidates with a HNC or equivalent hands on experience.
Candidates must have a background in the automotive industry
CAD experience ideally using Solid Edge
Must be able to produce high quality work to BS8888
Ability to use CAE tools specifically electrical schematic and/or harness design tools
Solid comprehension of electrical theory and principles of electronics and software design
Able to analyse and solve design problems
