Electrical Design Draughtsman

Location: Didcot, Oxford

Pay Rate: £18.40 PAYE Per Hour

Contract Duration - 3 months

Objective

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Design Draughtsman to work onsite at a nuclear facility.

Deliverables (for contract)

Your responsibilities will include:

- Using AUTOCAD.
- Surveying buildings.
- Checking and updating layouts and schematics.
- Producing designs on LV power circuits and associated calculations.
- Building excellent working relationships.

Essential/Desirable Skills

The successful candidate will possess:

- Ability to survey buildings.
- Proven experience of using AUTOCAD.
- Knowledge of lighting and small power.
- Awareness of plant systems, HVAC, instrument loops, motors and speed controllers is desirable.
- A Technical or Engineering HNC qualification or equivalent.
- Security clearance is advantageous.
