CENTRAL HEATING CONTRACTS MANAGER REQUIRED IN MID WALES AREA ON A CONTRACTUAL BASIS
I am recruiting for an Electrical Contracts Manager in the Argyll & Bute / Scotland area for extremely successful and nationally known Central Heating Company.

Main Duties:

You will have responsibility for all operational and administrative aspects of delivering a first class service to tenants within the Local Authorities and Housing Associations sector.
The Contracts Manager can be responsible for a contract from inception to completion
Responsible for the operational coverage of contracts that may extend over a large geographical region utilizing a remote workforce which will require a high degree of flexibility.
Through health & safety and technical inspection completion you will maintain safe work delivery for your contract(s) and provide information updates as required
Complete heating surveys, work in progress and final inspection sign-off visits ensuring that all works have been completed to the clients/tenants satisfaction
Manage, control and effectively resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policy and identify root cause and implement improvement plans
Provide 1st line supervision to a field-based team of trades-people consisting of direct engineers and a significant contractor workforce.
Manage day to day operational issues which impact on service delivery, identify and resolve issues with clients and tenants
Monitor and review team performance levels and agree actions to ensure excellent levels of service
Deliver revenue targets on all contracts within your area
Build and manage the relationships with key clients to retain and grow business opportunities
Identify improvements to working practices and adopt 'best practice' within the business to maximise profitability
You will need to have a C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection and ideally be an NICEIC qualifying Supervisor.

The package:

Paid on a fixed weekly wage Monday - Friday (happy to discuss)
Commercial Vehicle and Fuel Card Provided
Laptop and Mobile Phone Provided
This is a rolling contract (immediate start).
