Elearning/Training Developer

My client is a respected Government organisation looking for an eLearning/Training Developer to join their team for an initial 6 month contract with view to extend.

We are seeking an eLearning Developer to review & create training E-learning modules to support the implementation of HP TRIM & MinCor for Electronic Document Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- You will work closely with the L&D Team & Project team in course recommendations, establishing project plans & deliverables
- Create course documentation & materials for users such as on-line guides, workbooks & online video
- Develop assessment techniques for training
- Use your expertise to assist with test scripts & UAT testing services for the IT development team
- Previous eLearning experience
- Proven experience in designing content & material for eLearning training modules
- Understanding of SCORM requirements
- Willing to travel
- Experience with Lectora eLearning software
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
