eLearning Specialist - wanted
Our client active in the financial sector is looking to hire a eLearning Speacilst in order to reinforce their eLearning Transformation project.
Your responsibilities:
oAcquire and maintain knowledge of our eLearning methodology and Services ecosystem.
oBuild an in-depth understanding of the knowledge management strategy and the delivery priorities.
oThrough interactions with colleagues, design eLearning solutions (courses, games, movies, quizzes or certifications) that are engaging, accurate and relevant to the target audience and that achieve the desired learning outcomes.
oIn collaboration with all involved parties, agree on a delivery plan for each new eLearning solution, and manage all aspects of the delivery cycle: identification of learning objectives, storyboard creation, design, and development.
oCo-ordinate the content upload and promote its availability.
oManage peer review and collect feedback to enhance the overall on boarding programme attractiveness, quality and relevance.
Your profile:
*You have 2-3 years' experience as instructional designer or training specialist.
*You have professional experience in Training and Development.
*You know how to use authoring tools (Articulate storyline or Adobe Captivate).
*You are fluent in English, with excellent writing, editing and proof reading skills.
*You have a passion for communication, training and storytelling.
*You are creative, organized and quality focused.
*You have a natural drive and can work quite autonomously.
*You are a team player and have an open communication style.
