QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree with four or more years hands-on experience in developing E-learning and classroom training to include 3 or more years of training design, development and delivery experience in a corporate oil and gas environment.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ARTICULATE STORYLINE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE.
Excellent verbal, oral, and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to organize, plan, manage, execute and evaluate projects
Knowledge of instructional design principles and theories (eg, adult learning theory, organizational development, Kirkpartrick model of evaluation, Bloom's taxonomy, etc.)
Training evaluation and data analysis experience.
