EL1 Procurement/Contracts Officer

Fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Procurement/Contracts Officer to join a Federal Government department.

In this role, you will:

- Monitor and manage the administration of existing ICT contracts, provide advice and guidance to business areas.
- Manage the provision of ICT procurement and contract statistics through maintenance of the ICT Contracts Register.
- Forecast and monitor ICT procurement requirements and undertake procurement pattern analysis.
- Manage the Department's ICT procurement panel arrangements including engagement with other agencies.
- Undertake or contribute to both internal and external audit processes.
- Manage the contract reporting requirements of the Division with regard to Budget/Senate Estimates reporting, Murray Report, Procurement Plan, end of month reporting.
- Develop, implement and monitor specific ICT procurement and contract management policy advice.
