EL1 HR Policy Officer

Secure this 12 month non-ongoing engagement with this internationally focused government department. Working in the information management area, the EL1 HR Policy officer will assist on some specific high priority HR projects including the implementation of a skills gap analysis tool and developing a performance development program.

Ideally you will have well-developed HR policy skills from the public sector with previous experience conducting a skills gap analysis and developing performance development programs. High level communication, liaison and policy development skills are required.

Applicant must possess an existing Negative Vet Level 1 Commonwealth security clearance to be considered for this position.
