EH&S Engineer (m/f)

-Lead risk assessments
-Accident and incident investigation
-Continuing development of existing Management System
-Development and implementation of ISO 50001
-Liaison with accreditation bodies, government inspectors and legal representatives
-Training of employees at all levels
-Participate in EHS Management meetings
-Internal Auditing (Corporate and BU programs, ISO/OHSAS)
-Inspections
-Implementation of Corporate and Business Unit programs
-Organize team meetings
-EHS Reporting
-Collaboration with works doctor
-Safety Engineer - Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit - process oriented with proven hands-on mentality
-(Int.) Auditor ISO14001/OHSAS18001 (Lead auditor preferred)
-Diploma/BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Plastic Processing, Environmental
-Comprehensive knowledge and implementation of ISO14001/OHSAS18001 - ISO500001 an advantage
-Management experience and strong leadership skills a must
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft package
-Strong training and presentation skills
-Excellent interpersonal skills at all (hierarchy) levels
-Fluent in German and English
-Working knowledge of EU legislation
-Strong change management track record
