*Private equity and real estate knowledge
*Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
*A proven problem solver who can deliver solutions in a courteous and timely manner
*Ability to influence others, especially customers
*Autonomous Excellent communication skills, writing & oral Natural service and customer relation skill
*Experience of investment banking, Private Equity or Real Estate investment environments etc...
*Ability to translate client requirements into well-defined functional specifications from which technical specifications can be built and reports written.
*Strong problem solving skills
*A 'can do' attitude - willingness to accept challenges and innovative approaches
*Strong organisational skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*A team player who is able to work independently
