Efficiency Team Lead

EFFICIENCY TEAM LEADER - PUBLIC SECTOR PROCUREMENT, PROJECT PLANNING, CONTRACT REPOSITORY, NHS/HEALTH BACKGROUND

An Efficiency Team Leader with experience in Public Sector Procurement, Project Planning, Contract Repository and who has a NHS/Health Background is required to work on a 5 month contract (With The Possibility Of Extension) for a high profile Government organisation based in Leeds, West Yorkshire

OVERVIEW OF THE EFFICIENCY TEAM LEADER CONTRACT ROLE

You will work in the Efficiency Control Team and have responsibility in ensuring that expenditure business cases submitted by the wider organisation for spend approval are:

- Logged And Recorded Accurately By The Efficiency Controls Team
- Assist In Checking Business Cases For Accuracy And Completeness
- Assist In The Onward Forwarding Of The Cases To The Next Appropriate Approval Authority
- Engage With Internal Clients When Required To Ensure The Smooth Running Of The Business Case Process

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE EFFICIENCY TEAM LEADER CONTRACT ROLE

- You will have experience of public sector procurement.
- You will have experience in Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure output and on time delivery of operational tasks.
- You will have the ability to use a wide range of analytical tools as well as project planning techniques.
- Clear communicator with excellent writing, report writing and presentation skills; capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences.
- You will be highly analytical and able to understand complex data and have the initiative to use this to drive performance improvement across a range of projects.

The role is based in Leeds this is commutable from York, Skipton, Doncaster, Manchester, Sheffield and Preston.
