EE Technical Designer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an EE TECHNICAL DESIGNER to join our client in Huntington Beach CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Military and space grade Printed Wiring Board (PWB) design of: Analog, Digital, RF, Flex, Rigid, High Voltage Power Supplies, High Density Interconnect (HDI), and blind and buried vias.
- Identifies, tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Coordinates engineering support throughout the life cycle of the product.
- Works under minimal direction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have seven plus (7+) years of industry experience in military and space grade Printed Wiring Board (PWB) design of: Analog, Digital, RF, Flex, Rigid, High Voltage Power Supplies, High Density Interconnect (HDI), and blind and buried vias.
- Candidate must have five plus (5+) years of experience using Mentor Graphics Expedition, DX, CES, and Autorouter to design PWB assemblies using IPC Class 3/3A standards and applicable procedures.
- Have experience with component library development and management. Must be able to produce documentation to MIL Standards and Client's drawing standards.
- Experience using AutoCAD and/or CATIA dxf and STEP files.
- Must be able to support PWB manufacturing and assembly using IPC standards and applicable procedures, and have experience successfully overseeing PWB and CCA suppliers.
