EDW Specialist (C8)

Finite's influential government client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced EDW SPECIALIST to join their team beginning 1 July 2013 for an initial period of 12 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Develop and deliver EDW solutions within agreed time, cost and quality expectations;
- Manage customer, business stakeholder and project team relationships throughout the solution development and support life cycle for small or large EDW projects,
- Provide production systems support to meet customer demand for the resolution of EDW and Reporting related incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiative;
- Research and evaluate new EDW and reporting technologies and opportunities for business improvement as required.  Utilise and promote best practise methodologies for EDW and Reporting management, development, testing and support;
- Provide technical advice to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required;
- Promote the principles of workplace diversity and participative management in a safe, healthy, environmentally friendly workplace; and
- Provide technical advice to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required and mentor junior staff.

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST NV1 (SECRET).
