Position: Early Careers, Education & Training Co-ordinator
Position Description:
Negotiate supply and manage costs associated with the development of early careers agenda.
Skills Required:
*Review, select, procure and manage third party training company/consultants for BAU training.
*Provide leadership, advice and guidance on E&T related processes and systems to improve site capability and where required develop new management systems fit for purpose to deliver improved people capability.
Skills Preferred:
*Calculation of ROI through effective cost benefit analysis
*Ad hoc coordination and administration as required for E&T
*Provide internal consultancy to stakeholders on development requirements to meet business operational and performance demands.
*Lead development interventions/projects to meet stakeholder expectations engaging with cross functional work groups.
*Procurement of E&T solutions and the evaluation of supplier capability to meet organisational needs, making recommendations on provision selection.
Experience Required:
*Investigate and explore different modes of learning delivery and evaluate effectiveness making recommendations for procurement.
*Development of systems aligned to IL6S methodology focusing on performance outcome driven through acutely aligned KPIs and KAI s.
Education Required:
Diagnose organisational requirements and align NVQ qualification/units to meet learner and business requirements.
