Edrms Change and Communication Analyst - 6 Month Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced EDRMS Change and Communication Analysts within a Government Department for a long-term contract role.

- ACT LOCATION
- 6 MONTH CONTRACT
- 3 MONTH EXTENSION

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop Communications as per the Communications Plan, and providing enhancements to the plan to better meet the needs as the project develops;
- Work through a structured methodology and processes with the business representatives to enable business ownership of the change process. This will including facilitating workshops to educate and coach the business representatives on the use of tools to analyse/track progress and measure outcomes; and
- This role will also provide hands on analysis of business activities involving the management of electronic documentation and records, in consultation with the business representatives to establish a robust action plan to lead the business smoothly through the transition as well as to develop formal folder structures and associated controls.

SKILLS:

- Minimum 2 years experience on EDRMS project in a similar role, supporting > or = to 2000 user base;
- Prefer Certification in Change Management methodology or equivalent experience;
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Systems, Business and/or Communications/Marketing preferred;
- Excellent Communications skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, and in doing so provide timely and appropriate reporting back to Change Manager; and
- Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and as part of an experienced dynamic team.
