Edrms Business Analyst - February 2013 Start - 7.5 Month Contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for experienced EDRMS Business Analysts within a Government Department for a long-term contract role.

- FEB 2013 START
- 7.5 MONTH CONTRACT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct Workshops to gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements;
- Develop Business Processes and Guidelines to assist business areas to adopt digital recordkeeping processes;
- Document and model the requirements for Statistical reporting out of TRIM; and
- Create User Scenarios for utilisation of TRIM.

SKILLS:

- Demonstrated experience in developing and running function oriented workshops;
- Demonstrated experience in developing business processes and guideline documentation (especially within EDRMS);
- Demonstrated experience in developing robust, comprehensive User scenarios;
- Demonstrated experience in specifying the requirements for Application Reports;
- Demonstrated experience in delivering validated business requirement documents; and
- Knowledge of Change Management principles and experience in delivering successful change programs.
