Ediscovery Collections Technician Job

EDISCOVERY COLLECTION TECHNICIAN needed for a part time contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Ridgefield, CT.

- Encase certified
- Forensics and collections experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist with day to day Collection tasks
- Utilize approved collection tools and workflow methodology.
- Responsible for tracking all work performed and maintaining a chain of custody logs
- Assist in ongoing improvement of documentation process and training of internal resources around the tool.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or closely related field is required
- Five (5) or more year's professional forensics and collections experience
- Industry certifications (eg, ACE, CCE, CFE, DFCP, EnCE) are strongly preferred.
- Encase certified (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, maturity and flexibility
- Ability to work independently and successfully; meet deadlines
- Some domestic and some international travel is required (approximately 5%)
- Extensive hands-on experience with laptops, desktops and forensic analysis of systems
- Good understanding of Network Architectures
- Substantial experience with 3rd party forensic tools/software
- Significant experience with e-mail based systems, both online and corporate.
