EDI Support (h/f)

EDI SUPPORT GFT is seeking a EDI SUPPORT for one of his best client.

Summary: Manager EDI daily support level 2
Start: IN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Duration: 6 months
Location: PANTIN (Paris, Ile-de-France, Idf)

Purpose/Direction/Mission of this role: EDI project deployment to the Asian subsidiaries

Role Summary
o Provide EDI support Level 2 to Continental/IS Cluster Managers EDI K users.
o Check the integrity of the electronically transmitted data (Inbound/outbound).
o Apply client's Quality Management Systems (QRQC, LLC ) for any service issue delivery
o Monitor EDI flows with Tsim Tool (Object Browser)
o Set up new EDI flows (requested by KU in Jira Ticketing tool)
o Make easy mapping modifications (less than 1 day)
o Help the Continental manager to provide Monthly KPI

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
o BAC + 2 to BAC + 5: IT or non-specialized engineer
o First job or experience in EDI skill.
o Required notions: Unix and Scripts, AWK development
o Project management
