Projektbeschreibung

The E-commerce Analyst is a technical systems integration development and support position utilizing IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) to enable internal and external business process flows. The mission of this position is to analyze business requirements then define and create automated processes to meet the business need. The analyst will perform full process and interface testing that ensures a successful outcome. The E-commerce Analyst is responsible for the SI system operation, as well as initiating and maintaining trading partner relationships. Must have experience with ANSI X12 data formats, the creation of EDI specifications, gap analysis and the creation of maps according to the required specifications. The E-commerce Analyst will participate in application upgrade, system maintenance and production support of the SI tool set.

- Creates business processes utilizing BPML
- Provide primary system administration and day-to-day operational support
- Document new customer specification and implementation requirements
- Define and develop SI interface mappings for various data formats (EDI, SAP IDOC, CSV, etc.)
- Configure trading partner setups within SI and SAP
- Coordinate and monitor VAN mailbox and AS2 communications
- Perform testing at all levels (unit, integration and end-to-end)
- Provide EDI production support for customers and internal users
- Responsible for EDI monitoring and troubleshoot transaction errors
- Identify root causes for new problems as well as recurring issues; gather and document functional requirements to determine resolution
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload in accordance to set priorities
- Collaborates with Information Technology to deliver EDI/E-commerce business solutions that are integrated (or interfaced at a minimum) with other systems for data efficiencies
- Provides training and mentoring to internal users of E-commerce systems
- Manages data and label requirements for retail customer base and others where applicable
- Scans various sources to identify E-commerce trends and opportunities
- Conducts audits of systems and processes to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Perform quality assurance analysis and testing for updates to EDI and E-commerce software products
- Create internal instructional and procedural documentation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- BA/BS in Information Technology or related field or five (5) to seven (7) years' experience working with EDI standards, protocols and transaction sets.
- Experience with manufacturer/retail EDI setups, messages and requirements.

ADDITIONAL GENERAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Experience working with the IBM Sterling B2B Integrator including utilizing the Business Process Modeler.
- The ability to create and test maps using the IBM Sterling Map Editor.
- Experience working with databases such as MSSQL 2008.
- Working experience with SAP.
- EDI experience with ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT standards and file structures.
- Experience with various communication protocols - VAN, AS2, FTP, SFTP, and Web Services
- Transaction sets: 850/875, 855, 856, 810/880, 820, 823, 867, 210, 211, 940, 945
- Supporting electronic commerce and other electronic solutions to business problems; project management; management of EDI system; interfacing with IT; process identification, analysis and documentation; internal team process facilitation; whole systems approach; utilizing Value Chain principles; process integration, quality tools and portable documentation; improving transactional logistics; data mining; managing and measuring results; adherence to GOJO policies, processes and procedures.
- Must possess whole systems process understanding.
- Position requires communications at all levels of multiple organizations using oral, written and electronic media.
- Must be able to make presentations on various phases of technology, and must be understandable to non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handling multiple responsibilities and parallel projects. Must be pro-active in thinking, and responsive to changing, as well as unexpected situations.
- Must be available to team members, suppliers and customers.
