The role is responsible for helping to drive customer loyalty, sales and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications. You will execute on a CRM strategy and lead the CRM team to produce effective campaigns, from conception and design through to testing, execution and monitoring.


- Execute CRM strategies and ESP plan
- Lead and manage the CRM team and ensure all CRM activity is of high quality
- Manage scheduling, testing, deployment and monitoring of all customer campaigns
- Execute segmentation of customer database to identify and target actives
- Manage the delivery of response data for tactical lifecycle campaigns
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and ensuring they deliver quality and exceed performance targets
- Keep abreast of industry developments


- Solid experience working in similar role within a fashion/e-commerce environment
- Previous experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
- Extensive experience of confidently leading an efficient team
- Proven ability to manage projects, organise and prioritise
- Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills - Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
- Accurate, systematic and methodical
- Understanding of a range of digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO and Social Media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hardworking and passionate
- Experience with Responsys ESP a bonus
