Ecommerce UX User Experience Project Manager - Switzerland

Our client, a major international eCommerce organisation, is looking for project manager with previous experience to enhance their web and mobile user experience.
With a background in eCommerce or Digital User Experience projects, you will specify and manage the functional evolution of their online stores. You will define business requirements such as tagging, SEO as well as managing the graphical design with external partners.
Responsible for the web and mobile roadmaps, you will present business cases, co-ordinate with other teams such as marketing and manage the deployment from launching pilot markets to full handover.
You will also be responsible for establishing mobile governance, the mobile project portfolio and aligning projects with R&D, IS/IT and Communications departments.
You will also act as support to the sales channels including B2B and B2C.
Previous experience in managing Digital or eCommerce User Experience and User Interaction projects is essential covering both web and mobile projects.
Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
