Ecommerce Rollout Project Manager

For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

ECOMMERCE ROLLOUT PROJECT MANAGER

You will be responsible for the rollout of key website and mobile platform projects to our client's markets. Using their established project management methodology you will guide the projects through all phases including scope definition, set up, testing, content fill, translation, testing and go live. Projects will include new customer service online projects, renovation programs to improve market experience of the eBusiness platforms as well as regular monitoring activities associated with eBusiness.

Responsiblities will include:

- Collecting market requests for future developments
- Detecting and promoting markets' best practices regarding Internet consumer relationship
- Development of new value-added projects to ensure best-in-class eBusiness experience for customers
- Recommending necessary actions, changes or new initiatives to set the multi-channel approach.
- Assessment of current KPI measurements at HQ and markets
- Assessing existing practices on Internet activity at market level
- Recommendation of International eBusiness Guidelines in line with new organisational expectations
- Elaboration and automation of KPIs for eBusiness activities
- Continued support for markets according to Internet Operations team split

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

- At least 2 years of experience working in the area of eCommerce/online retail/Internet
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Experience of working in large and international companies
- Strong drive for innovation and quality
- Fluent Engish, French would be an advantage

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR 12 MONTHS IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED NEAR TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
