Ecommerce Project Manager - Global Production Lead

We have an excellent executive level opportunity for a Digital eCommerce Project Manager to take corporate level responsibility for managing the eCommerce platform for a glob IT brand and further developing its center of E-commerce excellence for the company and strategically establishing/enhancing direct relationships with consumers

Our customer are investing heavily to accelerate their growth with plans in place to accentuate user experience and further differential the online experience for partners and consumers alike and to use the E-commerce platform to drive sales and revenues as well showcase the technology and highlight the benefits and the service experience for their customers. Our customer has identified a need for a strong Production Manager, with excellent digital/E-commerce experience, to project manage this enhancement and transformation of the online experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and managing a cross-functional and cross group team to ensure all activities are completed on time with expected results. They'll be responsible for defining processes and standards that will manage web production and feature implementation for our international sites. Our customer is looking for an experienced self-starter, with excellent team management, delivery prioritization and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for global release management into the production environment and managing business needs end to end, and ensure global rollout occurs on schedule.

- Proven thought leadership and industry leadership with a track record of results in digital sales/eCommerce vertical
- In depth knowledge of Website Design, UI/UX and how to leverage this knowledge in conjunction with partners and vendors to optimize and monetize customer interactions
- Excellent Project Management and Release Management skills, including creating or refining processes, scheduling, project estimation to ensure high-volume project execution and throughput. Our customers have expressed a strong preference for with a strong preference for a person with prior production responsibility for a global eCommerce site
- Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills, The Production manager will own communication on status with key business stakeholders
- Excellent Vendor and partner Management skills, with a track record for optimizing output from vendors and partners
- A proven track record leading cross functional global virtual teams, with the organizational ability required to successfully manage across geographically distributed teams. The ability manage key collaborations with functions like category management, product management, merchandising, design and marketing teams - identifying requirements, ensuring clarity on prioritization, and create advance visibility into site roadmap.
- Strong experience developing global/corporate level commerce sites - with a focus on global consumer audiences
- A track record of exceptional partnering across a wide-array of internal business groups, stakeholders and execution partners
