Web Manager/Ecommerce Manager
The role:
1.Administration of the companies bespoke E-commerce Tool
-Carry out operational tasks/requests
-Technical support for the companies various teams (Content team, Marketing & Operations teams) and affiliated departments
2.Guarantee a stable and performing operation of the company eco system based
-Manage incidents in a proper and professional way
-Inform the relevant parties and departments about incidents, required activities and solution
-3.Manage release planning for deployments, hot fixes and coordination/approval
-Set-up of products and promotional activities in time
-Coordination and approval of all changes at the live system after a risk estimation
4.Provide technical support/consulting for
-Frontend and user interface adaptations
-Daily operations (change requests, requests from markets)
5.Support Shared Service Cross-Site team with focus owner topics
6.Technical issue handling (bug reporting, change requests, tasks and tickets)
-Structured, tool-aided managing of all change requirements from the business
-Supporting internal and external partners during the development
7.Manage digital retail calendar occasions with marketing and content team including:
-Administration and technical support for the Backoffice tools
-Concept and expert analysis
-Consulting and evaluation
-Carry out stagings
-Quality assurance and testing
8.Documentation/reporting of workflow and process
-Documentation of technical interfaces to third party systems (ERP/SAP, etc.) in strong relationship with internal and external partners (processes and projects)
-Reporting of IT figures to Business Analysis team
