Ecommerce Director

A high profile fashion retail organisation is urgently seeking an Interim eCommerce Director to help define and deliver the vision and strategy for their digital customer proposition across all channels both in the UK and on an international platform.

Regularly voted as one of the most successful retail brands in the country, this is a unique opportunity to establish and maintain best-in-class user interfaces and customer experience, clear differentiation and competitive advantage together with contributing to their bottom line profit growth.

This is a key hire for the business and an integral role in the eCommerce team. Leading exceptionally dynamic and high performing teams you will provide strategic direction and take business ownership of the development of their digital customer proposition. Furthermore, you will align the development and output of the Digital Product team to the strategy and objectives of the Multi Channel Customer team as a whole.

Requirements:

- A highly dynamic and commercial senior head to lead a new digital product development function to set the vision for the digital customer proposition and deliver the initiatives and projects required in achieving that vision.
- Demonstrated success in developing and successfully delivering a digital customer proposition and profitable growth
- A strong awareness of the technologies and IT capabilities required in delivering a best in class customer proposition.
- Experience of working in Retail/eCommerce, ideally in Fashion
- Excellent management and stakeholder engagement skills
