Our client is currently looking for a eBusiness/Digital Business Analyst to collect requirements and analyse them to produce functional specifications and/or configuration specifications for their online and mobile stores.
You will be responsible for:
Collecting and analysing business requirements and performing fit/gap analysis when rolling out a new eCommerce and CRM solution across different markets or regions.
Collecting setup requirements.
Following the development with internal development teams and external companies to review functional impacts of new technical decisions.
Ensuring project deliverables and quality (Test and validation).
Identifying risks and issues.
Knowledge:
Strong experience in Web, eCommerce
Very strong expertise in end-to-end business processes
Business Analysis in Retail
Experience of HP testing tools would be an advantage.
You will be responsible for:
